Ordered a phone case over two months ago, still waiting for it to arrive. Not sure how COVID is responsible for it taking this long to get a tiny package delivered. I could swim to Hong Kong and back and pick it up myself in less time. Emailed their customer service twice and was given a standard "sorry it's taking so long, COVID and all that" answer. If you order from this company prepare to wait a very long time to receiv your order. I'd look for other (domestic) sources for your needs.

Do not order from them. Ordered my case in mid may and still have not received it. I contact customer service and they refuse to refund me, giving me some bs response that it’s still in transit. It’s been over 2 months and shipping said 7days when I ordered it. Terrible company. Do yourself a favor and order a case from someone else who is trustworthy. They will never return your money, their guarantee is a lie. Don’t lose your money with them

I never received my phone case. I emailed them two times and they have never responded. There is no contact number to call, so I'm going to have to go threw my bank to get my money back. I will never order from them again.
