I wish I could give this zero stars. Very very disappointed with the way my product arrived. Understandable about having to wait a little longer for it to arrive as its personalised but very disappointing when it arrives in the quality it did. Biggest waste of money. I ordered my partner a phone case with photos of us and our daughter. Two of the photos was professionally done and they still come out so blurry. You literally can't make out who it is. I only know because I done it and also its my photos. This was one of his valentines presents from his daughter. Very disappointed as I won't be giving it to him. I will never use this company again they said that it's due to printing method. I think it needs to be made clear so customers are aware before wasting their money.

I paid 30 dollars and waited over a month for a custom phone case. I was very excited when it arrived. The photo looked great and was exactly as ordered. The case itself however does not fit my phone. I double checked my order and I did not make an error in ordering. The case is too large and the hole for the headphones is on the wrong side entirely. Extremely disappointed.

So sad to be writing this after waiting so long for it to arrive. The case itself is really bulky and peeled my screen protector straight off. Worse than that, the 8 photos I chose are so poor you can hardly work out who is in some of them. Really disappointed and a waste of money on a phonecase which will now be going into the cupboard, as I don't want anyone to see it.

I am very disappointed with this company after spending the money on there product and not receiving it to then also try to get in contact them and get no sort of refund and are now blocking my messages so not only am I down money I also don’t have the product I purchased

Promised a 7-10 day shipping for my phone case. Been more than a month and well.. my phone broke. I requested a return and they keep giving me stupid excuses stating holiday this and when i asked which holiday is it.. they start using covid19 as an excuse. They said if im not happy with the purchase i can return it once the case arrive. They been ignoring my emails til now... AVOID this site at all cost, they must be drop shipping from somewhere. Their site deceive customers like they are working in the US.

worst company ive ever had to deal with. Ordered in april (its now August) and won't refund my money for total amount. They offered 20$ refund. is that how online companies make $? Sell you an item for 40$ and refund you 20$.. what a great scam.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They are based in China, which is not clear from the website. They offer expedited shipping which is supposed to arrive in 3-5 business days. I placed TWO orders with expedited shipping (at a cost of $20 per order), to have it delivered quickly to my kids in camp. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks(!!) to arrive, at which point my kids were already gone from camp and the package was returned to sender. I have been in contact with them trying to get a full refund but all they are offering is a small credit on a future purchase which is useless as I'm never buying from them again.They made BS excuses about the COVID situation affecting shipping times but the fact is that customs processing only took 2-3 days, the rest of the time was actual shipping times. When it did finally reach the US and cleared customs (in LA), it was send with GROUND shipping to the east cost destination, certainly not EXPEDITED shipping. What a fraud company. Please never buy from them, you will regret it.
