Absolutely awful product and customer service! I wrote in a complaint and followed up with a picture to service@Uartify. I get a response: glad you got your package. can you help with a good review and a link to this. There is nothing good about this product. I purchased an apron with a picture on it. The item was waded up in a ball and shoved into a plastic bag. Needless to say, but coming from China leaves plenty of time for wrinkles to set in, several ACROSS THE PICTURE!! The picture itself has a yellow overtone to it. So anything white or skin color has a yellow color to it. I am embarrassed to give this to my grandmother as a memory to my late grandfather. This is completely unacceptable and I would like a refund, but cannot seem to be able to get a response from anyone at this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! My fault for not looking at the reviews first.

Ordered a “laser etched” license plate. Submitted vector art of my logo expecting expecting it to have been laser etched onto an aluminum plate. Item took about 2 weeks to ship, a bit slow but I was excited. When I received the license plate it was basically a plastic sticker stuck onto a dented up tin rectangle! The sticker itself had a weird texture on it too that just looked cheap, not to mention it didn’t even line up with the edges of the aluminum rectangle. The only good thing I got from this purchase was the laugh at how scummy this company is to even allow this junk product to be shipped. I am sure I won’t be able to get a refund and that this was a waste of $30…

The worst customer service and false advertising. I ordered a hat and it said 7-10 business’s days. It took a full 30 days to receive it because it came from china. Customer service was very rude and would give me refunds to rectify the issue.

Do not buy anything from this company, they are the worst!! I ordered a leather ipad case with images printed on it. The case arrived damaged. The outer case is clearly not leather as the material is grainy, not smooth. As such, all the images are blurry. Dealing with their customer service to try and get a refund has been a waste of time. At this point I will be contacting my credit card provider to dispute the charge. Worst customer service experience ever!!

Ordered a custom photo iPhone case for my Wife, when it arrived it was very poor quality, the photo was grainy and it had been re-cropped so that my granddaughter's cut was cut off and the stitching ran though her face. I would avoid them at all costs complete waste of my money.

Avoid this place , I ordered a case 3 weeks ago , and I even paid for express delivery ,and I still did not receive it .They are so rude and unprofessional. They just gonna say I am sorry there is a delay . Never gonna order from them again .

This company is either fraudulent or terrible. I ordered a custom phone case on December 10th. It advertised 7-10 business days shipping. After a full month I messaged them to complain I hadn't recieved it. Apparently it was lost in the mail, they said they'd send another it would be 7-14 days this time ( I'd asked for express shipping as I'd waited a long time. They refused). Another month later it is now February 17 and I have not received my case. Complained again after the 14 business days had passed they said if it hadn't arrived in a week they'd refund my money. It didn't arrive after the week. I asked for my refund to no reply. Still have yet to hear back after several attempts to complain. If I could rate it less than 1 star I would. DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. EDIT:. It finally arrived after nearly 3 months. Print quality was mediocre at best. Definitely not worth the money, the wait or the aggravation
