Order a light with them and after 1 year I still haven't received anything. They've block me by email and the link for tracking is Order is dead. Do not buy anything from them it's a scam company. They are under investigation as well.

Tyka Pryde is a scammer unfortunately :( I ordered the sol study lamp in January 2026, after 10 months of uncertainty she just wrote that her supplier went bankrupt and that I will neither get my money back nor receivethe sol study lamp as there is „nothing she can do“. She takes 0 accountability and puts all the blame on the supplier (which she chose btw). She has absolutely zero idea of business or of customer support and now her customers have to suffer the consequences of her bad business decisions. Incredibly unprofessional.

I ordered the sol light on June 2nd, supposed to arrive in August. Its mid-october & still haven't received it. Reached out to the company twice and no response.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered in January 2026 and still have not received my product. Tyka emailed me and basically said her third-party company who handled the payments and orders filed for bankruptcy and that I need to call my credit card company and file a dispute. Even if she gets her stuff figured out, I would NEVER trust her to fulfill my order. She "changes manufacturers" anytime there is a "issue", to make it look like she's working toward change, but it will always be a scam. There are hundreds of other people who are experiencing the same thing and are finally speaking out. There are several Scam reports on the Better Business Bureau now. Stay as far away as you can. You'll never get your order or your money back

I ordered the 40 x 60 Sol Light on January 5th 2026, it is September 25th and I still have not received my order. I had been emailing the company for weeks wondering when I would receive it, when back in April, they finally gave me 2 options. I could receive a 10% partial refund for my order and receive "version 2" of the light in 6-8 weeks or completely cancel my order. I opted for version 2 with the partial refund because at that time I still wanted it. Every time I check the updated ship time, it gets pushed out further. Just on the remake, I have now waited 23 weeks. I requested to cancel my order but have not heard back from the company.
