Love the app, so much fun. Nice if you want to work and get closer with brands. In general just a great app.

Terrible customer service
Hello, TYB can be a great app if you want to get closer to brands you like and earn rewards, but unfortunately I’m having problems with it and having no help from customer service. I’m not able to redeem rewards at checkout and I’ve reached out to customer service many times and after over a week I got a response that was not helpful. I’ve reached out to them over 3 weeks ago and still no answer, I did it again this week and no answer. If you have any problems with them don’t expect a response.
