I ordered a bow for my grandson as a birthday gift. I even paid for second day delivery and when the bow did not arrive on time. I called and spoke with one their agents. She looked into it and said that it was picked up but apparently there was an issue with the transit. She spoke to the owner and sent me a new bow that day and refunded the extra money I paid for the delivery. The bow arrived promptly, and I am very satisfied with it. Great customer service!!!

Excellent communication, prompt delivery, and my grandson ABSOLUTELY loved the bow! Plus I have to admit, I "tested" the bow myself (repeatedly), I wasn't playing with it, just checking out the quality LOL

We love our bow and arrows! My son feels like an intrepid forest explorer with it as it’s a real bow and arrow. It also feels safe and kid friendly. We love it!
