Customer Service reached out to me giving a partial refund after I used a 10 percent discount on a purchase. They told me they were going to have a 15 percent off sale starting the following day from when I made my purchase. I was really impressed by that small deed they didn't have to do for me. I definitely recommend doing business with them, and they have found a new repeat customer! I was really blown away by that act of kindness.
