Twinspires is sketchy and deliberately deceptive (outright liars)! Sometimes this site is good. Many times, if you win one of their "free play" contests you have to jump through hoops just to collect prize winnings. I just spent 11 days and talked to 7 different people (Although it could have been just 1 person using aliases the entire time. They appear to be that sketchy.) Trying to collect a $25 prize for coming in 2nd place in a free WP contest that was held on 7/17/2026. The first 3 "customer care specialists" denied there was ever a contest that day! This was not confusion this was incompetence. This is not just a mistake it is deliberate refusal to pay out contest winnings! It took 5 more emails talking to supposedly 4 more different "customer care/support specialists" over the next 7 days before I was paid the $25. I will mention Twinspires did add an extra $25 to my account for my troubles..and that is another story trying to collect. Once again blaming "confusion", nothing confusing. They were trying to welch on a promised $25. This has also happened in the past....you make a bet and get a notice that your bet has been accepted and added to your bet list. The wager comes in and when you check the payout, all of a sudden that particular race is highlighted in red and you are issued a refund of your bet only. NOT THE WINNINGS YOU ARE ENTITLED TOO! When following up, once again talking to a "customer support specialist" you will get a very nonchalant explanation... the Twinspires bets did not make it into that particular pool (but made it into the other 9 races on the card) for whatever reason. They like to blame technical difficulties or even the device you are using. lol This is after you have received the message that your wager has been accepted and is added to your bet list. When this happens it takes about a week of back and forth emails with "customer support" before Twinspires decides to go ahead and pay out and make good on the wager. BEWARE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS OUTFIT!

This weekend was the 2025 Kentucky Derby so of course it’s time to gouge the betting public who normally don’t do a lot of betting but it’s a special occasion isn’t it. Why is it that during the week the exotic bets like the superfectas have increments of 10cents but wow remarkably on Friday and Saturday that exotic wager went up to a $1minimum so a10cent superfecta keying one horse w/4 others would have cost $2.40 during the week but on Fri/Saturday it was $24 . That’s nothing less than disgusting to take advantage of long time members as well as newcomers. Mario T

Twinspires is for betting horses. For years I've dealt with them having the wrong details on races. For instance, it will say the track is "Muddy", when in fact it's dry and fast, or vice versa. This stuff matters a lot, and is inexcusable. But I just downloaded their Past Performances for Laurel Park to bet race 8. I chose my horses and quickly went to the site and bet the race. Halfway through the race, I realized I didn't recognize any of the names being announced by the play-by-play. I looked back and realized the site had given me yesterday's Past Performances, so i was betting on the wrong horses. But i could have predicted their response when I called in, because they've literally never taken any responsibility for anything in all the time I've used the site. They said it's the correct PP downloading and they don't know where I'm getting it. Just total dishonesty. They'll die on the hill for a $12 bet, rather than listen to any customer. They'll lie. They'll fail to see your side of anything. In this case, they asked me to show them proof, so I did. I sent them the screenshot of what I had just downloaded in "My Files", where it showed "19 minutes ago" it was downloaded. They immediately change the subject to the fact that the better is responsible for all bets; even if they've misled the bettor. Okie doke. I hope the thousands of dollars I've wagered (and will now wager elsewhere) is worth the $12 you insisted on keeping. Crooks.
