Great Experience and Top Tier Agents
I enjoy the service and the agents do a great job! I setup webhooks and other triggers for my real estate business and two other small businesses and it all fires off perfectly! My ONLY issue is the credits run out pretty quickly compared to other AI agent services I use. That makes me use Twin much more sparingly than I would if the credits lasted longer

Hey Matthew - we really appreciate you being candid about the credit usage. That’s valuable feedback for us as we continue improving how Twin uses credits. We’re constantly working on making the models and overall usage more efficient. Our engineers are running tests and improvements every day to make things more efficient. Also, feel free to send us your agent ID through Twin Support. We’d like to take a closer look at your agent and see if there were any cases where credits may not have been used as efficiently as they should have been. We’d be happy to investigate and help you with any guidance :D
