TweeteraserReviews of tweeteraser.com

It just doesn't work.

Ignore the bogus positive reviews This service DOES NOT WORK. They will accept payment, but, as per other reviews on here, attempts to log in to Twitter fail.

This service should no longer be used. Avoid it. Now, let me explain. You will notice that some people give this service 5 stars and others give it 1 star. The reason for this is because ever since Elon Musk bought over Twitter, the API service is now no longer free but paid and the TweetEraser team have refused to pay this. That's why anyone who used the service prior to Elon's purchase of Twitter would applaud this service. Anyone using it after will hate it. My biggest gripe with this platform isn't only to do with the fact that it's now useless, it's because they take your money, subscribe you as a member, then fail access to Twitter's platform or your tweets, fail to provide the service they promised and then when you let them know, they say they will not refund the money and it will be at least 2-3 weeks before they fix it. As you can see, it has been months and people have had this problem. The TweetEraser team has yet to fix it. Do NOT use this service

Complete scam. Charged me for a year subscription even though they advertise a monthly service and it doesn't even work. Stay clear.

The service doesn't work - I was unable to delete tweets. Customer service kept stalling saying it would take a week to fix, it never got fixed. They even attempted to charge me for another month of "service" but I had my credit card blocked. Best describe as a.... (rhymes with 'ham').

do not use this app, i paid and the services doesn't work. my tweets are still exist, no refund, big scam...

Scam. The service doesn’t work. They charge your credit card and sign you up for auto-renewals.

They're misrepresenting who they are. This is the SAME company as Tweet Delete, but they pretend to be separate companies. Just like Tweet Delete, they'll sell you service knowing it doesn't work, and then refuse to refund you even if you cancel 10 minutes after purchasing, when you realize it's a money-grabbing scam. They don't send any order confirmation/transaction receipt via email or Twitter, or present clear terms of service. Their service doesn't do what's advertised. When you follow the instructions to carry out a task, the option either does exist (the menu/button literally isn't there), or it doesn't work. They're surely violating several consumer laws.
