I purchased a vape battery that unfortunately failed on me a few months into use. I contacted Tweedle Farms to let them know, and they instantly decided to send me a new one! Great products, and this was a rare case where something went wrong, but their customer service completely made up for it. This is a big reason why I will continue to be a customer!

I've tried a lot of other brands over the last several years but with Tweedle it was the first time I could really feel something immediately. No talking myself into it, I felt better.
