I've placed many orders over the past year or so, all without a hitch. Overtime I've had basically no issues. Andrew (The guy you'll talk to if you reach out, I can i E-Mail him any time and and I'd bet my bottom dollar it'd be resolved and replied to promptly. The ONLY complaints: Shipping is automatically delayed 2-3 Days, I do love their packaging, as it's exactly what I along with many others requested, However now that times have changed, I believe an airtight canister, which does not allow in air or light.-as I just received from another vendor. Overall, Tweedle is an amazing, honest, quick (fairly), and I've placed at last a dozen orders over the past year or so, all without a hitch. Anytime I've had basically no issues.
