Bradley, First thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! It is my understanding that our C.O.O. Andrew has sent you an email in an effort to reach out personally. That said, I wanted to reach out here on Trust Pilot so that all of our Tweedle Farms Family has an even better understanding of what is going on with Viabill.... So, The $40 that was taken out of your account is simply a hold that will be applied to your first payment. Viabill puts a 25% hold on all charges. The payment plan, should you choose to go through with it, is 100% interest-free, as long as it is paid off within 4 months. Additionally, there is NO fee for using their service. If anyone would like to pay your bill in full right now, you can do by logging into your ViaBill account. Again, thanks for taking the time to leave a review! THANK YOU and: Please use code TRUSTPILOT for 15% off your next order. Sincerely, Flossie McShane, Tweedle Farms Mgr.
