I think the chemical test should be redone. It was a good product, but I've had better.

The product processed immediately, however shipping was a struggle. I understand with ground shipping you get what you pay for. I expect two dollars to not be next-day air. However, two days after promised really put a damper in my wait.

Happy Holidays to you NF, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and mostly your patience! We truly appreciate your feedback! You are correct in that we did process your order immediately, however, because of the holiday season, USPS has a tendency to be delayed in their shipping. That said, we are sorry to hear of your experience and hope that with future orders you are more satisfied! I love love love this company and I would love to give 5 stars but I strongly dislike how they force you to sign up for “via bill” and get stuck doing mo they payments instead or PayPal or visa or Venmo or literally anything else. I don’t get why they would do that and I don’t like that I’m still paying for an order I got last summer and it’s almost Christmas!
Response from Tweedle FarmsDec 9, 2019
Hello Mikhaela, Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review! That said, we truly do not force anything... There was a time when out of necessity we needed to use only Via Bill and some of our customers liked having the feature of paying in installments. Nevertheless, we NOW happily, offer a variety of payment options and I very much hope we are able to find one that works for you! Tweedle Farms very much appreciates your business and in an effort to be sure we are on the same page, customer service will be in touch ASAP! Customer service was excellent! 5 stars for them! They were very kind and offered me a refund right away no questions asked, and I didn't have to return it even though I was pushing to! Im sad to say, my 3 stars was for the product didn't work for me unfortunately. But that's ok! Just because it didn't work for me doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you. Give it a try! The smells are wonderful and doesn't stink up your house. 😊
