Hi John We are very sorry to hear that this happened. According to many batch tests done in state-accredited labs, our flowers fall well below the legal limit of 0.3% delta9THC, as outlined in the 2018 Farm Bill. That being said, they also contain more than 0.3% total THC, and because of that, we make no claims that any person will be able to pass a drug test after using our products.
