Helps me with sleep and anxiety better than anything else. I did feel more sleepy than usual when I first started using it, but after about a week my body adjusted. Now I use it throughout the day to manage my anxiety disorder, and at night to help me get a good nights sleep.

Never needed to contact customer service, but have heard that they handle everything with kindness and understanding - they just want to make things right. Great product quality. Not once dissatisfied with the product itself, just been satisfied with certain strains over others. Total personal thing. Order processing and shipping always timely, and their new packaging is awesome too. Never even looked into other options. Tweedle Farms does it right.
