UPDATE: Hello again Patrick, My records show that you reached out to us on March 2nd @ 11:28am. In an effort to remedy any issues, because as I mentioned earlier, we here at Tweedle Farms take customer service VERY seriously... We responded on the same day @ 4:30pm with instructions on how to follow up with USPS as the hick~up in delivery seems to have occurred on their end. This brings us to now, besides your Trustpilot review's we have yet to hear back from you. Nevertheless, someone from our Customer Service team will reach out again today. *This reply was posted on the other review as well.* Hi Michael, I'm very sorry that you had this experience. We take pride in what we do, and we would appreciate the chance to right this wrong. Our customer service manager will be reaching out to you shortly, so keep an eye on your inbox. For some background on the dryness of our flower: in the interest of sustainability, we transitioned to 100% plant-based, biodegradable bags. We later found out that these bags did not lock in humidity as a mylar bag would. Unfortunately, many orders were sent out before this realization, and as a result, many of our customers received flower that was dryer than it should have been. To mitigate this, we now include a humidity control pack in every bag, and the reviews we've gotten have been great!
