I did originally have a faulty vape cartridge, but I spoke to customer service and everything went great! They responded the following day of my email and were very nice in assisting me with receiving another cartridge. I am definitely going to be ordering more from here. I am very happy with my experience with Tweedle Farms from a customer service perspective, as well as from using their products.
