Horrible costumer service If parts don’t work and are under 50 dollars they will not refund your money. They don’t tell you that till you ask for the RMA. Guess I’m only out 60 bucks.

I noted the message on their website, "Orders placed before 1 pm CST will ship the same day". I placed an order that was earlier in the day (CST), yet the order didn't ship until the next day. The confirmation email shows that I placed the order earlier than 1PM. I contacted customer service, their response did not say sorry, did not offer any compensation, etc, but did say, "Sometimes things get held up in testing, etc that we can not control." If they cannot control it, they shouldn't promise it on their website.

Terrible company, terrible Customer service, will not issue RMA for parts under $50. You don't find this out until its to late. Part didn't work when it was received. Would not do business with this company

Sent questionable board back for refund. Called them and got a RMA. My cost for shipping assumed I’d get back the cost after “Restocking fee” No correspondence no refund. Scam seller beware...

Bad experience overall, started out good, decent price, quick delivery. Downhill from there, they could not have tested board, connections broken off. Sent board back, was told replacement sent, Lies lies lies, got a refund back from paypal, TV Parts for sale was just jerking me around., no replacement, no tracking, no business...

I ordered a part for my Samsung TV. They sent me the wrong part. I called to inquire about what to do next. I was told I will get a refund after they receive the returned part. I asked about the part I needed and was told she can't help me. I asked why not and she said cuz we don't have that part. I said did you check? Then asked to speak to a manager. THEN SHE HUNG UP!!!! DO NOT.......DO NOT.........DO NOT CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sent a board with broken parts, clearly a piece of junk. Now they want to hold my money ransom. Avoid these losers.

Sent out dead parts gave me a generic reply on how to fix. Tested part in 2 TV's worked on neither. Sent back as instructed for a refund a month on still no refund. Accused me of not returning part. Even though I send tracking info and they will no reply to emails. Terrible company to deal with. AVOID at all costs!
