Ordered a mug for mothers day over a week before and paid extra for 6 day shipping. It has been almost three weeks now and still no product. I can not find a phone number to call and they have not responded to any of my emails. I will be going to the bank soon to file a complaint to see if I can reverse payment. I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order over a week before Mother’s Day.. never received my order. They gave me a tracking number that says it's my order has been completed but i hence no necklace how do i try to get my money back. This sux Never again. If I could put 0 stars I would.

I placed an order over a week before Mother’s Day.. never received my order. They gave me a tracking number that doesn’t work because there’s no where to put it in. I’ve emailed them twice, but no response. I hate people that do stuff like this.. oh well, I filed a claim with my back to get my money back. Never again. If I could put 0 stars I would.

So my lovely girlfriend decided to order two really gorgeous necklaces for both of our mothers. Lot of love put into them and she ordered them on May 2nd and here we are 3 weeks later with no updates and no necklaces. She’s tried to email them and everything and nothing. These sumbags scammed her and from what I’ve seen on their Facebook page, she wasn’t the only one. Whats worse everytime someone responds to where their order is they simply give a copy and paste response or a condescending response. Simply put f this website for being absolute b****** to people just wanting to give their loved ones nice gifts. Report them when you can as everyone tries to get their money back.

I ordered a necklace about 3 weeks before mother's day. And I still haven't received my order yet. Tried to contact the company thru email and still haven't gotten a response, looking at all the other complaints I think in have been scammed as well.
