I checked out several possibilities before choosing TurnTronics. I picked TurnTronics because process sounded simple, gave me best quote for my computer, president of co. personally answered one question I had on a Sunday within 20 mins of receiving my email, and his answer was a direct response to my question. Once I accepted the deal offered, everything proceeded like clockwork, following the simple steps outlined on TurnTronics' website. TurnTronics let me know when my computer arrived and that they were testing it; within two days they said everything checked out and they confirmed method of payment. I stayed with check, and it arrived in two business days. The check cleared immediately, and that was the end. I do kind of miss my computer (had it 4 years, used it everyday, and it still looked like new)--whoever has it now should be as happy with TurnTronics as I am!
