He was great with communication in letting me know when the computer arrived at his location and when he finished examining it. Payment was almost immediate. I can't say enough about this company! I'd use TurnTronics again. I shipped them an iMac and they were quick to reply to my emails. And the quote they met the quote they posted online. I feel like we both got a good deal.
