TurboKits goes the extra mile for customers
Short story: Excellent service, communication and execution. Jesse was the rockstar who helped me! After my experience, I highly recommend TurboKits. Long story: I initially purchased the wrong turbo from the wrong dealer and was left with an extremely expensive "solution." Not satisfied, I attempted to communicate directly with the manufacturer of the turbo for help: no luck - they only communicate with major OEM's and their dealer network, not consumers. I was lucky to have reached Jesse at TurboKits when I called. First, he listened to my story and was open to work with me. Jesse offered a reasonable solution to swap turbos once he confirmed that mine was unused and had a legit serial number. He went even further to source a new, previous generation turbo which created an even better outcome. The lesson: choose the right companies for your products because they will stand by their customers. TurboKits.com took great care of me, and now have a customer for life.
