Lifetime Warranty..
Lifetime Warranty... no way! No replacement if product is in deteriorating state, only excuses, unreasonable explanations and waste of time and energy. Please consider carefully before buying products from Tucch!

Very Disappointed
Asked for a replacement, sent photographs of my phone holder only to be told the guarantee expires after a period of time. Tried arguing lifetime means lifetime and not just after 4 years. They stopped communicating. Awful customer service.

Return process is not good
Return process is not good First they say if the package is opened it can’t be returned Then they offer a discount to keep it Then they tell you it will be costly to return it Eventually after several emails they sent a return label to Amazon More emails to get a refund then they take their delivery costs out. Still not received refund and it’s been returned over 10 days
