Excellent
Russell takes time to equip you with success, He prays and uses the word of God to encourage you along the way. He’s very patient and I love the app because he put so much thought into it as he made it. Everything’s done well, step by step. This app is truly helpful.

Hello Terrian, my wife and I are so grateful for what you have accomplished in our program. We are also grateful for how God has been healing your lupus. I did want to mention that I did not create the app (Trainerize), I simply designed the program with the help of my wife and, ultimately the GOD of heaven. The LORD bless you and your family.
