I had a wonderful experience attending the Dear Younger HR Me workshop facilitated by The Talent Management Hub (TTMHUB). It was an enriching session filled with valuable insights and practical wisdom from seasoned and accomplished industry leaders who genuinely poured into the attendees. I walked away reminded of the importance of being courageous and timely with my voice, staying kind, remaining curious, and thinking strategically to name a few as I continue to grow in my HR career. It was an inspiring and worthwhile experience, and I’m grateful to TTMHUB for creating such a meaningful space for young HR professionals to learn, connect, and grow.

The session was excellent. Activities increased in skill and ability gradually so you felt the improvements you were making and practicing in real time. The overall experience was really great for me as I rely on my voice a lot in my job where connecting with others meaningfully and building rapport and trust is paramount to my success.
