I have used their services twice and had excellent results both times. The first was a problem connecting a Roomba vacuum. The technician was very patient and it was incredibly difficult to get that connection to work. I did not get enough help from the Roomba company, but my ttb tech spent 2 hours helping and finally getting the robot to connect and function. Second time needed help with my Mesh router system as the nodes had stopped communicating with the main router. After I tried all the recommended steps from an online search, I called ttb and they were able to help get my system back online. I am pleased with their service.

Computer is working great & has for years. I highly recommend these folks.
