Product seems ok but their marketing strategy is truly awful, including, dozens of unwanted emails, tricking you to sign up for a subscription, not allowing cancellation of an order because the order has been "processed" when you then get an email 3 days later stating that the order is being processed, 2 weeks + delivery times. Just a shocking experience which has left me looking elsewhere.

BEWARE OF THEIR SUBSCRIPTION TRAP! During the purchase process they AUTO CHECK the subscribe button at the foot of the page and do not let you know they set up a subscription until the next month when they take another payment from your bank! WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS ILLEGAL!! They have refused to give me a full refund for a subscription I never wanted and are now ghosting me! From other reviews I’ve read on the actual product I will not be giving it to my dog either!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Unethical / dishonest - They care more about money than their customers. The charged us twice for one product and will NOT REFUND! BEWARE!!

Everything arrived in unbranded damaged boxes with chinese barcodes on top. No ingredients listed on the bottles (not that I would trust what was in them anyway) - so unfortunately unsafe to even use. I managed to easily cancel my subscription (although I worry that it was so easy it might not stick). Waste of £75

WARNING! Do not buy Zoomies NB-1 NAD+! They send an unbranded bottle of poison from China. My healthy dog started vomiting BLOOD and had explosive diarrhoea within two doses of it!
