Poor experience
Update to my review which is all factual. I purchased a reformer and chair on October 6, 2023. I kept getting the run around on as to when my equipment would be delivered. I was told the end of October or early November by customer service. Customer support keeps inquiry vague and continues to string me along. When I would inquire, Eric would reply, "I'll check into it" or "I'll get back to you". Never did I receive status updates or shipment updates. It was now December and I had yet to receive any solid communication from this company. Therefore, I started researching this company and this is what I found. These are all FACTs The company states they are in California, yet they are actually in China. They only use a shipping warehouse in CA. The company does not have a customer support phone number. It is OUT OF SERVICE. You may only reach them through an email address and one person responds for the entire company. They have a lawsuit against them from Balance Body for patent infringement. They basically copied all of the specs for all of their equipment from Balance Body. The lawsuit can be found online therefore this is accurate information. Therefore, Balance Body, which is a reputable Pilates company, paid for the R&D, created a quality product, and they stole their IP. If you really dig through the REAL reviews you will find some that say that the client never received the product or if they did receive the product, the dimensions were off and the equipment was garbage and can't be used. Most likely they had to start building their own equipment due to the lawsuit and now they are delivering unusable equipment because they do not have any blueprints to build from. Wood is made of pressed particle board instead of wood and vinyl instead of leather which tears easily. Your company claims, "Customer satisfaction is very important to us. Our customer service support team is here to assist you". There was no customer support to assist me as I stated above. Never was I provided solid answers to my inquiries. If fact, you provided nothing but false promises. For instance, I never received an updates to my order. Typically you receive a tracking number in which you can locate your order and where it is in transit, with an expected delivery date. I sent the company multiple emails asking for updates and I got no information. This was a red flag for me so I sent an email in Mid-November that I was going to cancel and have AMEX and PayPal investigate the company for fraud. I was then sent photos of a picture of a large box being loaded onto a truck and a bill of lading for another customer as their "proof" that they were legitimate. Their return policy makes it impossible to return or cancel your order. According to your return policy, customers are instructed to contact your company within 24-72 hours of the original purchase date in order to be afforded the opportunity to return the product. I'm confident your company is well aware NONE of your products reach the customer in 24-72 hours! This policy is purposely misleading and we believe you are well aware of it. In order for this policy to be enforceable, you would have to overnight ship all of your products. Since your products are most likely produced in CHINA and shipped to CA, your policy is impossible to adhere to. Ironically, your return policy also states, "All returnable items but be returned within 30 days of placing the order." What is the return policy when it takes over 60+ days to receive a product? Lastly, your policy states you cannot return reformers and like equipment. So basically, you have a NO RETURN policy. We find it suspicious that upon communicating to your, that we are again, cancelling our order, a few hours later we receive a random phone call from a freight shipper stating they are ready to deliver our product however it would be an additional week. We never received any shipping updates from your company directly. We hear it from a shipping company. In conclusion, we instructed the shipping company to return the item to you in the condition it was shipped. Regrettably, we were forced to purchase another reformer from a reputable company. We have filed a formal complaint and case with both AMEX and PayPal and since they already have a complaint on file on where they returned the funds, it shouldn't be too hard for them to find a pattern. I have also received many emails from Eric asking that I remove my review offering a 20% return fee. Please note: Reviews on Trustpilot.com, 98% of your reviews were written in the last half of 2023. This is a coincidence in relation to the lawsuit filed with Balance Body. The real reviews state a similar experience and they were chastised by your company. All of the reviews on BBB are negative. Please don't be fooled by the fake positive reviews.

We shipped it to you on December 6th. The freight company will notify you in advance before delivery. UPDATE: This customer refused to take delivery when we shipped it and it was about to be delivered and slandered us on the BBB and trustpilot for not shipping it. We have filed claims with Paypal and credit card companies. We can accept bad reviews but not slander from fraudsters!
