It arrived three weeks after placing…
It arrived three weeks after placing the order, but upon receipt, the wooden box packaging was already crushed and broken, but the body of the machine was not broken, but the edges of one of the boxes were crushed and deformed. Customer service responded quickly and promised to send me a replacement. I think I would have given a higher rating if the wooden box packaging had not been warped and the shipping had been a little faster.
