€620 order never received – no refund, no communication I placed an order for a Pilates mat worth €620 on February 28th. By mid-July, nearly five months later, I have received absolutely nothing. The only response I ever got was from Eric Peng, who simply said that “the ship hadn’t arrived,” and then refused to provide any further updates or issue a refund. Since then, total silence — no tracking, no explanations, no assistance of any kind. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach out, without any success. This is not just poor service — it’s deeply unethical and unacceptable behavior. I strongly warn others not to buy from Trysauna. Avoid at all costs.

Never buy sth from that web site, I ordered a reformer pilates with sitting box and they did not send all parts. Delivery took 4 months and customer service never helped. Again I want them to send box but they ignore Note: I am real customer, i have photos and emails to prove it, do not try to manipulate comments! Even you sent me an email and told me to revise that review! Note 2: they told me they do not send the box or refund money unless if i remove that comment. 2 weeks ago they told me they started refund process for the box, i was not suprised when it reveals they did not refund money or send the box

I placed an order for an A1 - Ciga Pilates Foldable Pilates Machine on February 17th (Order #FPQ62584). It has now been over 10 weeks. On March 18th, I was informed that the order had shipped and received a tracking number — which turned out to be completely unhelpful. Since then, I’ve reached out several times for an update, but have received no response at all. While I understand that delivery delays can happen, what I find unacceptable is the total lack of communication. It feels unprofessional at best, and frankly, suspicious. Unless I hear back very soon with a clear explanation and proof of shipment, I will be forced to file a claim with PayPal to request a refund. At this point, I have no reassurance that this isn’t a scam.

Ordered my pilates reformer 1 month ago received emails from them continuously by a guy called (Eric peng) after order and payment I have no communication anymore and can’t even track where the reformer is ? I’m getting worried this is a scam ? Anyone have the same problem ? Did your reformer arrive ? Not sure what to do from here ! The delivery took forever, but what is the most irritating... it finally arrived after all that time and the guy just dumped it at the top of the steps in my garden... at no point was there any communication to say it was a curb-side delivery. This is completely unacceptable for such a high value item... I have no idea how to get it into the house and the communications throughout the whole process was dire.. at the moment I have a giant item in my garden that I have no way of getting into the house! absolutely shocking

NÃO COMPRE!!!!!! * As you can see in the response from this horrible website, this Delay doesn't appear when you go to checkout, they say 6 weeks. As far as I understand, from January to the end of April does not give 6 weeks, another very important detail, I do not live in Holland, I live in Switzerland, even if it arrives in Holland, it will not arrive in Switzerland so soon. I want my money back because you haven't and won't meet the deadline that was stated when I made the purchase!!! You'll find out here or on Google views whether they'll give us our money back or not, just wait for the next chapters of this horror novel:/ 14.04 - Today, April 14th, absolutely nothing about refunds, attention 0 after-sales!! Dear, On 3/12 i ordered a reformer with you! I reveived a mail that it would be delivered the 17th or 18th of that Month! I've sent already some mails to you to ask what went wrong since it is not delivered yet. Eric Peng answered that he would check on it but no answer yet after asking another time. The vinyl on 2 pieces is severely dented and therefore compromised due to the way their packers arranged the pieces in the crate. I want these pieces replaced as I do not feel I should have to duct tape a brand new $2500 reformer. Also my reformer with TOWER (very dangerous if not installed correctly) came with no instructions for assembly or use AND the company will not respond to my texts and emails. Honestly as far as they are concerned, I have had the product for a week, and I haven't assemble it. VERY unhappy with the lack of customer service but the Reformer itself is just what I was looking for in this price range. Wish I would hear from them as quickly as when I reached out to buy the machine...same old story I guess.
