I am a victim of TryRDP scam
It is so unfortunate that a company that was working well in the past suddenly decided to scam its service users this way. They allow the system to keep collecting payment, but no service is rendered. Right now, my six active RDPs have been out of service. The one I paid for four days ago, is still on pending mode. All my tickets to support have not been treated.

I do not encourage to deal with them
I do not encourage to deal with them . They are false services. I tried the RDP service I liked from the first day I upgraded the RDP service I liked and asked for a refund . The support service did not respond to me. And today they renew the service and deduct money without reference to me . Knowing that I informed them that I didn't want and didn't like it, I hope you can help me find a solution to stop their site so that they don't cheat someone else
