This claim is incorrect. You were provided a UK server as ordered, not a USA server. We clearly asked you to verify the location using a traceroute, which confirms the UK routing. Some third-party IP lookup websites show outdated or incorrect data and should not be relied upon. At no point were tickets removed without response we requested verification multiple times. We remain available to assist with genuine technical issues, but false accusations are not accurate.
