UPDATE: in good faith, I responded to “Alina” below only to have “Anne” write me again with a 40% discount. Online they claim to offer a 90 day refund or 2 month pouch back but it is all for show!! A gong show. I purchased six packs of their Oregano and black seed oil. Shortly thereafter - like an hour or so later i read that the black seed oil could directly impact another medication i was on. I wrote the company and they said they would put the order on hold until i could chat with my physician. I was grateful and arranged for a chat with my doctor who advised me against using this supplement. I wrote back immediately only to be told - so sorry, we cannot cancel orders, we just forgot to tell you. The shipment was supposedly on its way but i could return it for a refund. Well i waited and the shipment arrived. I wrote them right away asking for a return address. Since then this person called Anne has been writing me asking me if i really want to return, do i want to wait, and finally that she could offer me a 30% cashback refund on my order that was around $130! For all their kindly talk and concerns about our health, they omit information, and then refuse to honour their word. It has been a deeply disappointing experience trying to support a small business that i thought had an ethical practice. Buyer, beware!
