I've ordered from them months ago, never received my order, no one answers emails or replies to my emails, I've been asking for a refund but getting nowhere, i would not order from this company

This is Cravies cereal and Cravies business practices in a new package. Let me start by saying that the cereal is great. Their product is amazing. Unfortunately, they are being run by the same company that is full of either scammers or incompetents. After the negative reviews of Cravies, a rebrand was expected. I had hoped that it meant the company was on better footing. It doesn't... 1. My first order arrived: it was incomplete, and they are still using the Cravies packaging. 2. A month later, I was charged for another order I did not place. (The same thing happened under the Cravies brand.) According to their website, I have no subscription, and I did not authorize a second shipment. 3. Emails go unanswered for weeks with no resolution. If someone does write back, you get promises that go unfulfilled. I am really sorry to say this: DON'T ORDER THIS CEREAL. It's great cereal. I love it, and I am cherishing and savoring every bowl, but the company has major problems. I won't be fooled again.
