One of the most disappointing purchases I have ever made.
First, the packaging it arrived in was shoddy, with several boxes appearing to be taped shut to keep them from opening.
Second, the ingredients listed on the boxes I received do not match those advertised on your website. Whereas the product page led me to believe that pea and brown rice protein would be key ingredients, they are not listed at all. Instead, the first three ingredients are soy protein isolate, corn flour, and rapeseed oil.
This is deceptive marketing at best and fraudulent product labeling at worst. I tried to contact their customer service and could not only not reach someone by the email listed on their website (my email bounced back), but also received no response after submitting feedback on their site portal.

Nothing went wrong
Nothing went wrong. I loved the taste. Love the fact no sugars. Unfortunately for me my glucose monitor spiked 98mg which is really bad for me. It’s just the way body is reacting . I’m really sorry because I really liked it.

Order Paid, Never Shipped
It looks like this company has gone out of business. All product is out of stock. Email was returned undeliverable. I was charged On 12/21/25 for a subscription order and have heard nothing from them since.
There was a little confusion with the product having incorrect expiration dates on the inner bags. It was resolved quickly by support indicating that it was a printing error. I suggested that a note be included in future orders explaining the issue.
I've only tried the Honey so far and it is fresh and delicious.

Sent me expired product
I bought eight boxes, two of each flavor and I was really excited to get them today. I opened up the Choco boom and the honey crunch. The choco expired May 10th 2025 and the Honey expired November 10th 2025.
I guarantee I'm not the only one, I just made sure to check the bag inside the box where they hide the expiration date.

Peanut butter is the only one that has…
Peanut butter is the only one that has taste and a soft texture the rest of the cereal is very hard even when you soak it with milk it's still hard .

Better than Magic Spoon! Ingredients on the website won't be accurate until at least December 2025.
I'd previously tried Magic Spoon and it tasted weird, scraped up the roof of my mouth, and gave me immediate indigestion. I'm MILDLY lactose intolerant, but this was way beyond what I was expecting. When I saw Cravies uses pea protein instead of whey and casein, I gave the Cookies & Cream flavor a try. It tasted great, went down easy, and left me feeling comfy and satisfied. I was especially impressed with the flavor. Stevia sometimes has that weird "cooling" quality, but this tastes like a nice toasty cereal. Stevia often gets overused, and Cravies are sweet but refreshingly not oversweetened. Oh, and it passes the stays-crunchy-in-milk test with flying colors.
I'm looking forward to trying the other flavors, and I hope they sell a ton and add some more options! Can they pull off Fruit? Cinnamon? Maybe a less-sweet option like KIX? Here's hoping.🤞
UPDATE (11/14/2025): I just looked at the boxes, and every main ingredient except stevia is different from what's listed on the website. I stand by the description of my experience—but soy protein is not rice and pea protein; rapeseed oil is not avocado oil; corn flour is not cassava flour; and lying about your ingredients is not how you inspire trust. Rating reduced from 5 stars to 2 stars. I'm reaching out to Cravies for comment and I'll update this review if they can talk me into it.
UPDATE 2 (11/14): After reading Arush's review, I checked the inner packaging and the one box I've opened does indeed list a July 2025 expiration date (and a July 2024 production date). The taste is fresh enough, so a misprint doesn't seem too hard to believe, but it's weird that these dates can't be checked without opening the box.
UPDATE 3 (11/15): They responded promptly (on a Saturday, no less) and it seems the ingredients listed on the website represent a new recipe that's not actually in production yet. They updated the website prematurely while they're still shipping out old inventory, and they offered to send me a free box of the new recipe when it's ready — ETA <3 weeks, which would be the first week of December.
My read is that this is a young startup and they don't really know what they're doing... but that's no excuse to be advertising one product and shipping out another one.
UPDATE 4 (11/22): It's been a week now and the website still hasn't been updated to match the product they're shipping. This is starting to look intentional. Rating reduced from 2 stars to 1.
