* Update 1/1/2026 * 5 stars -> 1 star Why? All 15 boxes I purchased were manufactured in October of 2024, with an expiration date 1 year out. So even before I purchased my cereal on Black Friday, all the bags were expired! I'm going to reach out via email because their website is down (at least for me). It could be a printing mistake, but it feels sketchy to me. To add to the sketchiness, as others have mentioned my purchase signed me up for a subscription! Luckily I saw the reviews on here that mentioned that, so I canceled the auto pay from my PayPal. I got an email a month after my 1st purchase saying they tried to charge me for another 14 boxes. Luckily it didn't go through, and their message had a link to cancel the subscription. I'll post an update if I hear anything after I reach out today. UPDATE: my email to "hi at trycravies.com" bounced immediately * Original Review 12/5/2025 * Saw ads for this on IG and the like. They touted bigger boxes and not being "sticky" like one of their competitors, so I decided to give them a try during their Black Friday sale. I even got an extra box thrown in! So far I've only tried the Honey Crunch, but it's good. Has the same consistency as the main "honey rings" cereal, but a little more subtle on the honey flavor, which I don't mind. It's a decent cereal alternative that I don't feel guilty eating.

Had to come back and edit my review once I read others claiming that the product they received was expired. I just checked, totally expired!! By a LONG time too. This company is a SCAM. I tried contacting them and have had zero communication from the company. I've emailed several times with questions about subscription vs. one time purchase (I do NOT want a subscription so I would really like a response) and I haven't heard back at all. ** Edit: They charged my credit card for a subscription that I never signed up for! When I contacted them (again) via the only 2 ways possible, their online contact form and email, I never heard back. As a matter of fact, their email address came back as "undeliverable" several times. I put in a dispute with my CC company for the charges. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered my cereal, the largest package they had available, on December 3rd with priority shipping. Over a week went by without any kind of confirmation or update, even after reaching out to their contact. I wound up having to dispute the charge because it was as if the company didn't even exist. I'm flabbergasted that people are writing that they actually received any product at all after what I experienced.

Ordered 8 boxes from their website. Boxes arrived pretty quickly. First of all. They sign you up for a subscription when you order and barely make that known. I canceled it but I used a one time card so it wouldn't have gone through anyway. The order arrived pretty quickly and the order was correct. It tasted pretty good. Howeverzl, I checked the ingredients and the ingredients on the box are almost completely different than what's on the website. It's soy protein and corn flour instead of pea protein and cassava flour. Total bait and switch. And I dont even know if the ingredients on the box are correct because it spiked my blood sugar after I ate it. I opened another box, and then I noticed that every bag is expired by at least 6 months if not more. I submitted a form on their website and received no response. And their customer support email (hi @ trycravies.com) doesn't accept mail. So I have no recourse except to do a charge back on my card. Which I have done. Do not buy anything from this company!

The website lists the ingredients as primarily a pea protein and brown rice protein. The product received contains neither of these ingredients. The primary ingredient is a soy protein isolate which many people cannot eat. UPDATE: similar to other reviews, all product was expired by at least 6 months. Additionally, they signed me up for a subscription without consent. I would rate a zero if possible. The people who have rated this 5-stars must be completely oblivious.

Purchased as an alternative to other high protein cereals. Got package relatively quickly but cereal was not packaged well. Lots of the boxes were dinged up due to improper packaging. Figured it was a fluke, so I was preparing a message to their team so they can avoid this issue in the future. Decided to check the bags of cereal in the boxes, make sure they were not punctured. Every single bag was manufactured in 2024 and all the bags were expired. Confused, I sent a number of emails to their business email asking for a replacement. I wrote multiple emails and messages to their portal. No one replied back, nothing but crickets from their end. Tried again just now and their email is no longer active. So there’s no one to talk to and no where to go if something goes awry. Needless to say, not a happy camper. So I’m posting a warning to those looking at trying them. Avoid this company, save your funds and look elsewhere for protein options.

I purchased because I am a type 1 diabetic and this has little to no sugar or carbs. However first time I ate the cookies &Cream my sugar went from 130 to 273 within 30 minutes of eating. Knowing there could be other reasons like a slow working insulin pump I waited until I changed that pump and tried again. Exact same result . Did notveat anything else with it so even though it is no sugar low carb there is something in it causing sugar high in this type 1 diabetic. Won't be eating again!
