This is a scam company. I placed one order and then was automatically signed up for a subscription for a second month of delivery. I was charged and never sent a delivery. When I tried to reach out to their "support" the only listed email address does not exist. Searching online this seems to be a common experience. STAY AWAY

Was on a subscription and haven’t gotten product in two months, but they charged me for it. Had to put a block o it n them. Sent several emails and nothing. 100% crooks.

This company charged my card twice so far and did not deliver any product. It gave an email address for customer support on several of their order notice emails to me that consistently bounces back as invalid—you can’t reply to it either. This email is also listed on their website and they do not list a phone number for contact or an address. After I found a form on the website, they did contact me that my subscription was cancelled finally but nothing on any refund yet.

They charged me in December but the order was never sent. I have sent no less then 6 EMAILS and NOTHING! They have not responded or even ACKNOWLEDGED my emails. This is s SCAM do not order and it is NOT HEALTHY!

Besides the fact that they kept sending them although I never signed up for a subscription, and having to jump thru hoops to get a refund, more concerned that they spike my blood sugar. They taste fine, thats not the issue. I wear a CGM and after eating them multiple times and multiple flavors, after 1 to 2 hours my blood sugar jumped up over 100 units each time. Was 100 in the morning when I got up, then 2 hours later nearing 200!! Something is not right. I tested eating this 8 times, same result, 1 cup serving with 2 oz of no sugar almond milk. Looks like the rest is going in the garbage.

They automatically put you on a subscription, spam you with emails asking for you to review them (even when your product hasn't arrived) -- but then they apparently have gone out of business but are still taking payments? I have 3 orders from them that I have yet to receive (they say takes 2-4 days, it's been over 30). I reached out to their email "hi (at) trycravies.com" and got an "email doesn't exist" error. They have no way to call or live chat. Their instagram hasn't been updated in 19 weeks. I've reached out to their contact form and messaged them on instagram but I'm not holding hopes.

Avoid purchasing. First order in November arrived. Tasted fine. Underhanded tactics on ordering make it difficult to opt out of subscription, with no confirmations you were signed up. Got a charge in December and thought oh well it tasted ok. Realized I never received the cereal when I was charged again in January. No shipping confirmation, no nothing. Just stole $35 twice with no shipment of goods. Attempted to reach out 5 different times, no response. Finally the charges were reversed after I called my credit card company and opened a fraud case after two weeks of attempted contact. Do better. Report this organization and don't give them your money.

You make a purchase for a bundle of cereal except that purchase is unknowingly a subscription. Then for the second shipment they charge you but then everything says out of stock and they never send you anything. Their contact form leads to no response whatsoever and their email doesn’t work either. Had to charge back my credit card. Shame though because the cereal was good and I would have liked to order it again.
