I ordered the moranga capsules. The product is good the customer service is horrible. You order the first order and they sign you up for a subscription. I became ill and had to stop taking it. I asked them to suspend my subscription until I was able to start taking it again. The only way to deal with them is though a customer support email system. They told me they would hold the shipments but it never happened. I contacted them 4 times with the last 2 times being ghosted. For the last two months they have been charging my card and not sending the product . I had to cancel my card to get it to stop. Don't order from them.

If I could put 0 stars I would! Do not buy any products from this company!!!! I ordered 1 bottle and didn’t like it and notified them that I did not want more. They have billed me 4 additional months although I contacted the and canceled the subscription 4 times! Still struggling to get a refund on the orders that were sent without authorization!

In April, I ordered and received buy 2, get 1 free of Moringa, so I had 3 months worth of product. One month later, on May 16, I get notice that 3 more bottles have been shipped. Contacted the company and said I’d refuse the package and return it. They said contact us when you get it and we will make it right. June 26: still no product and all of my emails have now gone unanswered. Their website isn’t operational so I figure I’m out my money.

If I could give -5 stars I would. It's been nothing but terrible. It took forever to get my product. Dissatisfied for many reasons, including that I scanned the QR code on the bottles and got a link to an antibiotic and an antidepressant. I requested a refund. They told me I had to send it back, which was ok, but allegedly they are moving to a different warehouse and can't give me the address. They said they'd let me know. Everything about this reeks of SCAM. There is shoddy customer service, only by email. NO PHONE CONTACT.

The website claims the moringa is sourced from India, but when I placed my order in October, the tracking information clearly showed the package was shipped from China. This feels misleading, especially for a supplement where sourcing really matters. They also advertise delivery in up to 5 days, but my order took over 20 days to arrive. There was no clear explanation or proactive communication about the delay. After I started taking the capsules, I personally experienced nausea and itchiness, which made me stop using the product. I understand supplements affect people differently, but combined with the sourcing and shipping issues, this raised concerns for me. Overall, the claims on the website did not match my actual experience. I would recommend more transparency about sourcing and realistic delivery times.

I received my package 3 weeks ago, delivery was fast, and costumer support was fast and helpful with my inquiries to change delivery address, as for the product, 3 weeks in and already feeling the benefits.

Ordering was easy and well explained about the product.
