Hi Danielle, Thank you for sharing your feedback, and I am so incredibly sorry to hear about the reaction you experienced. Your health and safety are our top priorities, and it truly saddens us to hear that you dealt with such discomfort. While we do have a Satisfaction Guarantee, our policy typically covers the quality and efficacy of the product; however, because we take physical reactions very seriously, our team worked with you to find a resolution. We can confirm that your partial refund has been fully processed as discussed in our previous correspondence. We appreciate you giving us the chance to hear your concerns, and we wish you a very speedy recovery. With care, Olivia
