Not worth the aggravation
So I had a subscription silly me forgot to cancel it, I did keep pushing it back then bam charged for it. That’s fine my mistake. Then it says my order is shipped but in 2 parts ok cool, 1st half comes 2 packages of the honey sticks I wait a week thinking the other pack is coming nope…. I contact customer service now here is where I get the run around…. After quite a few days pictures and then having to tell the customer service rep to look at the photos AGAIN and tell her again what is missing AGAIN she finally figures it out. I told her the item I really wanted to try was the b12 supplement she informed me the don’t have it the won’t be sending it…. In a prior email I told her without that supplement I don’t want the order she informs me I will get a 10% discount on my next order there is no next order I don’t use companies that bait and switch this has been going on for weeks. So trust me when I say…. This company isn’t worth the hassle. Update: Was told sorry for the inconvenience In an email and that the customer service rep would request a refund blah blah a few more days go by and another apology and told that I will not be getting a refund the will give me gummies instead… what a joke… I mean I could understand if I was the one at fault but I’m not I was willing to bite the bullet so to speak. But now it’s been almost a month of time wasting at best. Edit number 2 “ However, I was able to get approval to send you the Bloomin™ Gummies as a complimentary gift at no additional cost to you. I know this does not replace the B12 & L Methylfolate Drops you were originally expecting, but I wanted to make sure I could offer you something meaningful as a gesture of goodwill following this experience” This did not happen so even when they say they want to make a gesture of good will it’s empty and a lie but lucky me I have honey sticks for the next year! That I did not want

Hello Jill, Thank you for taking the time to explain what happened in such detail. We’re genuinely sorry that what should have been a straightforward order turned into weeks of back-and-forth and frustration. We also appreciate that you were understanding about the subscription renewal and acknowledged that you had forgotten to cancel it. What concerns us more is how the rest of your experience was handled. Having to resend photos, repeat what was missing, and explain the same issue more than once is understandably frustrating, and we’re sorry that you did not feel properly supported along the way. Regarding the B12 supplement, we completely understand your disappointment, especially since it was the item you were most interested in trying. The B12 was a complimentary item rather than a paid product, and unfortunately it had gone out of stock and has since been discontinued, so we were no longer able to include it with the order. We understand that this was still disappointing, particularly when you had been looking forward to trying it. We also understand why a discount on a future order did not feel meaningful when you had already decided you did not want to place another order. We’re sorry that our response did not better acknowledge what you were actually asking for at the time. We want to be open about this: **this is not the kind of experience we want our customers to have.** We are taking your feedback seriously and using it as an opportunity to learn from what happened, particularly around how concerns are followed up and how clearly we communicate when something is unavailable. We’re also open to making things right wherever we can. We don’t expect you to simply forget the frustration you experienced, but we do hope that by listening, learning, and improving from situations like this, we can do better moving forward. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience left you feeling that Bloomin was not worth the hassle, and we appreciate you taking the time to tell us what happened. Warm regards, Bloomin Team
