DO NOT SUBCRIBE to their products. If I could put half a star I would and AVOID this company. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for several days and at first I kept getting responses offering me discount off their product (just like the other person was experiencing) but when I requested that I just want it cancelled the emails have stopped. I have to contact my bank in hopes this will stop the next payment as I no longer need their product. I am now looking further into contacting the FCA and Trading Standards and any other company that can assist. This company are clearly dodgy and their website is not useful as there is no where on the profile or website where you can cancel the product. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!... you will regret it

13 emails so far trying to cancel. All I get is a long reply offering me more discount if I stay, if I choose to go they will cancel for me. I replybwith yes please cancel and they send me the same type of email again. 13 emails still offering me discount to stay. I had to cancel my credit card. Stay away. Massive scam. After leaving this review I was contacted by trybloomin staff member who offered to finally cancel the subscription that there was no other way of cancelling. They also offered to refund me 50% of the purchase. I had already a dy cancelled the card though. They did try. Too little too late

Trying to cancel my subscription for over a week now, impossible to do so by following the instructions they give, its impossible! Ive emailed 8 times and just keep getting a generic email back from Honey/Joy (who clearly arent real or if they are their lack of customer service is APPALLING!) as they are totally ignoring my request and not helping at all, this clearly is a company after ripping people off and not letting them cancel (by making it impossible to do so!). I have contacted my bank and future monies will be declined /refunded as ive proof ive tried to cancel many times! Its disgusting how this company is clearly trying to get people's money. 😡😡😡

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! This company will scam you. You will pay for the item and never receive it. Then you will have to email them several times. They will keep sending you a reply asking for your order number and details. Then they will tell you it's held up in customs for 2 months. Then they offer you a 20% refund.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Do not buy! I bought more than two weeks ago and I still have not received. I have been emailing with them back and forth about 10 times now and they refuse to cancel my subscription, just keep offering me discounts. There is no number to call and no way to cancel subscription on website even though that’s what they tell you to do in the emails. Terrible company. Do not get trapped. Update: Finally got the product, seems like it’s ok, not quite sure. Giving it a try but I still want to cancel my subscription and cannot. I think the only way is to call my bank.

I have been emailing this company, first they said they are in USA, but my shipment came from China. I have been trying to cancel my subscription and nothing they are just offering 30% discount for my next order. I have been telling them to cancel my subscription or I will contact my bank and now they just said, do it in the web page, but there is nothing. I can not cancel my subscription. Next step is contact my bank to put a stop payment.

Terrible customer service! I ordered on October 5th and still have not received my order, today is November 7th. I have tried cancelling my subscription for a week now. There is no way on their website or through your profile to cancel. You have to email back and forth and I have 9 emails corresponding to me trying to cancel. They claim to be an American company based out of Austin Texas, yet the tracking number they provided me with is coming from China. They denied this via email. I still have not been able to cancel. As a small business owner who owns a small 24/7 gym, we deal with cancellations regularly, and they really want your money more than providing a good product. I cannot even tell you about or review the product because I have not received mine.

If I could give this company negative stats, I would. It's been more than a month since I ordered. The product supposedly came from IL, but got sent to Hong Kong and is now stuck in customs. I've been back and forth repeatedly through email with no appropriate responses from them. Then I get an email saying my next subscription order is going to process. I send an email telling them to cancel. I get one back asking for information, and then and couple days later, they processed the damn order!! I've sent an email response, but am not holding my breath for a timely, or appropriate response. Obviously, my 1 star is my response to the company, not the product itself because I still don't have it.
