I came to Bill Ferrell so he could help me go over my contracts. He was very helpful both over the phone and via email and made the process very simple and easy. The best part was that he was very thorough and explained everything to me in away that I could understand. Thank you Bill, I will be in touch again when I need your services.

My service with the gentlemen at Trust Tree has been supberb. From my first contact Mr. Ferrell has been helpful and prompt. He takes the time to explain what is going on and what I do and don't need. I can't recommend Trust Tree enough. I look forward working with them again.

I am completely new to the Trademark process. After interviewing several lawyers to help, TrustTree was a clear choice because of the detailed answers (and patience in answering my questions). Also, their method for pre-search to see if a word/phrase was worth pursuing was well priced. I did not want to pay several hundred dollars just to find out a word/phrase was not likely to be approved and then have to pay for additional searches. Follow up questions were also answered completely and timely. If you are looking for a trademark lawyer, go with TrustTree.

I had been putting off filing for a federal trademark for our brand because of how complicated and confusing the process seemed to be. When I heard about Trust Tree Trademarks, it was a relief. A trademarking service that's easy and affordable is what the marketplace needed. I simply filled out the information required and hit submit. The pricing is very reasonable and is based on how much help you need during the process, which I think it really fair. We are excited to have our brand on its way to being federally protected. Thanks, Trust Tree Trademark!

The initial application process is complete and now am just waiting for approval, so not much experience beyond that. Experience so far is great.

My experience with Trust Tree Trademarks far exceeded my expectations. I planned to file several trademarks, and I was planning on using the automated service to save money. I'm a lawyer who has been practicing law for 35 years, and I didn't think I would need help. But I called Kevin Harley at Trust Tree Trademarks to ask him which price trademark service he recommended for me. That was one of the best calls I've made. Kevin asked me what I was trying to accomplish and showed me that I could do it without filing all the trademark applications I planned to file. Kevin saved me over $1,000 and gave me great service, including some free advice about branding. I've dealt with other trademark and patent lawyers over the years, and the lawyers at Trust Tree Trademarks were by far the best. They get my highest recommendation. I'll send all my trademark clients to Trust Tree.
