Would give 0 stars if I could. Son passed away 5 1/2 months ago. He had a Trustmark life insurance policy. Trustmark refuses to pay the amount stated in the policy. Talked to 5 different people over the last 5 months and keep getting the run around as why they couldn't pay. My son had another life insurance policy that paid within two weeks. Have submitted all documentation on my end. This business is running some kind scam and do not want to honor the policy that they signed. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB and will let my lawyers know so they can proceed with court filings. NO business should be getting away with treating customers this way after a family members death. BEWARE!!!!!

I have cobra insurance with Trustmark . They say the pay on the first of every month I’ve come to learn in the month of April in May. They’ve canceled my insurance although I paid them! I can’t get any help from anybody. It is always an excuse. We don’t handle that in this department. It’s difficult getting a representative that’s handling your case on the phone and nobody everybody else is not any help. If I had a different choice, I would take it in a heartbeat!
