Joe did fund my business. Except right after the funding call with the lender he tried to be sneaky and sent an entire new lending fee for $1,700 on his own for me to sign. He just needed "one more document." When I called the lender to confirm he said "some of these guys try to build in there own fees" This fee was not required to close. It's just a shady business practice - watch out for these guys.
