Scammy service, dont avail. Its been 1 week and all i get is automated fake replies on my support request. Its even said in their website that the avg delivery time is 7hrs and now its been 7 days. Dont believe the latest 5 star ratings here, I believe they are paid indians. Stick with apollo or whatever

I ordered a list last week. The order is still processing, and the ticket priority is marked as high, but still no response on their side. I’ll change the review once they fix the issue.

I'll update this as issues get fixed. As of now, TrustedLeads is too unreliable of a service. We made several orders without earlier issues, but the recent ones had frequent errors when filtering out the leads. Instead of following things like excluded keywords or positions, they give you a list of leads that still includes those unwanted leads. Meanwhile in Apolo, the list appears filtered correctly, but the TrustedLeads output isn't. This could be an oversight on the manual team's side. Too bad they take several days to reply. Basically if you order from them, you risk killing all your mailboxes emailing to low-quality leads that will likely mark you as spam.

Stay away from them!! I initially used to buy from Trusted Leads, but recently they have been terrible! First of all they took 5 days to deliver even though they promised to do it in 2 days. Second of all I paid for 3400 leads and they sent me only 2400, between verified and unknown/catch all. When I confronted them about it, they told me the 1000 rest were invalid and stopped responding. Terrible company, never buying again.

I bought 10000 leads off them and they never delivered… it’s been nearly 2 weeks now and their website says expect 2 days. Contacted them through both email and support tickets multiple times and no response still.

Got to know about this company through leadgen Jay. Whilst cold marketing set up was installed. The agent I dealt with from trusted leads did not upload my leads on instantly properly. So many missing values. I tried to reach him but he couldn't care less
