I am very unhappy with Truself Organics. I love their products, but it doesn't matter if you can't get them They have been out of stock on several items for MONTHS! And they keep having sales--even on the products they don't have in stock! It looks to me like they are going out of business and trying to dump what stock they have. I've written them several times. Was told they had a supply chain problem. Then they were going to get the product in by the end of September. When it wasn't in, they said now it's mid October. Something fishy is going on.

I would give them a 0 if I could
I would give them a 0 if I could. I have been their customer for more than a year but I will make sure never to order anything from them again because they really put me through hell recently with their customer service and I really do not want to risk going through something like this again.
I had a subscription with them but I was unhappy with the products (one of which was just watered down apple cider vinegar), so I canceled my subscription. However, I still received my subscription package months later and I contacted them about returning it. They told me my subscription was not canceled, even though I checked before even emailing them about the wrong deliver that it had been canceled, then lied about canceling it for me after I emailed them. They said they would not be able to give a refund, so I contested the charge with my credit card company. I don't know if they found out about it, but shortly thereafter they emailed me claiming there was a miscommunication and offered a refund if I returned the package. I decided to just return the package so they can get their products back because at that point I really was not going to use them. This was after about 10 back and forth emails so they really made me work for it, even though I was stuck with an order from a subscription I had already canceled.
They never accepted any fault and gave me responses which made me think they were not reading my emails completely or could not understand English. It took a month for them to give me the refund, but they did not refund me for the shipping. Again, I emailed them about this and they just responded that it was their policy to not refund shipping. But, it really does not seem responsible of a company to send out the wrong order, make the customer basically beg for a return and refund, and then not cover the cost of shipping. I repeatedly told them I canceled the subscription, but they kept saying they cannot cover the cost of shipping. All of their answers to my emails seem to be machine generated and never really address the content of my email. In short, they have horrible customer service and their products are really not worth it. They could easily make an exception since there is clearly some problem on their part when they delivered a canceled subscription, and I mean what kind of dent can $5 put on their business? I can find similar products elsewhere with better customer service. It really is not right to put the burden on the customer when either they are lying about my canceled subscription or their system made an error because I thoroughly checked the subscription myself.
