Ive had Trump Mobile for over a year. All was well UNTIL the phone died. I have Insurance up to $2000 dollars. It has been a COMPLETE %$#$ SHOW from day ONE! I am on day 18!!! AND STILL DONT HAVE AN ACTIVATED REPLACEMENT! I FINALLY recieved a replacement phone today and theres NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE on weekends (saturday) So NOW I still dont have service til MONDAY!!! 20 DAYS WITHOUT A PHONE!! Needless to say I WILL BE SWITCHING CARRIERS!

We loved Trump mobile at first but chose to go with another carrier and the representative at Trump mobile gave us nothing but headaches by not releasing our phone number forcing us to change our number. I love what President Trump gas done and continuing to do for America. Please train your employees to treat customers better.

I have used TrumpMobile for maybe a year. In most cases, I've had a peaceful experience with them. I have had problems through. I get good reception most days and have only had a few bad call connections given the time of use, that has been minimal. They are modifying services to become more efficient and expedite customer requests/issues. The staff are, in general, kind and patient. The price is affordable and I do not experience throttling so far. They have excellent perks with the service such as road service. I know of no other company who has done this. I am picky about having good customer service and resolution of issues. They seem to be improving. I think they are on the way to becoming a 4 to 5 star mobile service provider. I hope so. It is a new company, so they are still fine tuning their processes. I brought my own devices and they have never robbed me. They gave me a refund when there was need/just cause, even on their own. A honest review.

It is what many people, including judges, the supreme court and honestly everyone other than the ones getting money from this constitute as "fraud", "bait and pull-type fraud" specifically

Trump Mobile offers very little value. At $47.45 a month for only 20GB of high-speed data, the plan is poor value, and 5G is pointless if that allowance can be burned through quickly. Worse, Trump Mobile promoted itself as a cellphone company while failing to deliver the cellphone many customers paid deposits for. In my view, it looks like a phone company without the phone, and I would not recommend it.

Trump Mobile is very possibly fraud. I’m extremely disappointed, but I’m not sure what else to call it when a company takes $100 from over 500,000 people as a “deposit” for an American-made smartphone, then repeatedly delays the product launch while simultaneously changing its terms and conditions to claim that the “deposit” is no longer actually a deposit and doesn't guarantee they could buy a device. Also I am still confused on how this T1 Gold phone would be "privacy centered." Because when I view the website, it does not say it will be privacy or security focused. So I feel like it was a Bait and Switch. In my opinion, all of these cross the line into fraud.
