Minus Points On Customer Service
Paid for a product which was never delivered despite numerous phone calls and emails which were met with either excuse after excuse or just ignored. Eventually asked for a refund which was again ignored so had to resort to filing a recovery at the credit card provider in tandem with a complaint at BBB.
