Truly Office is great software, but I already have Soft Maker, and Truly Office resembles this software.

The whole process was quick. It didn't take long from buying to installing. Customer service was good. What I would change in the first email to customers is to give a point form of what to expect ie. * awaiting confirmation of payment * receive confirmation of payment * links to download program

There are some short-cuts that I can use in Excel that I can't in Sheets. So convenience isn't quite the same. But I do appreciate the lifetime subscription at a low price and being unaffected by the whole Microsoft debacle. Thank you

So far so good. But still getting used to it

I'm using TrulyOffice to replace MS Word and MS Excel. So far, the two apps seem to function the same as the MS counterparts. The one exception is filtering by column values. In MS Excel, if there is a filter in place, then clicking on the column drop-down and then clicking "OK" will reapply the filter, removing any rows that don't match. With the Trulyoffice spreadsheet app, you have to make a change to the filter, click OK, then change it back and click OK in order for it to update. The customer support is terrible. The email I received after purchasing had two large blue boxed that said "Click here to download." Clicking did nothing. I locate their Facebook page, which claims to be "open 24 hours" and asked how to download the files. I've never received a response. I email their support team and have never received a response. In reviewing their email again, I noticed another set of links for downloading near the bottom of the rather long email. Those worked.

Truly is a very useful tool in my accounting business. It takes a little getting used to after using excel for many years, but seems to be able to do everything that excel does and at a much lower cost. I will recommend it whenever I have the chance.

I love the product!!!! However the customer service has a lot to be desired. I wish there was some kind of video support program.
